Is MyBestPrice free?
Yes. During the beta, listings and offer tokens are completely free. We'll tell you well in advance before any fees start.
Does MyBestPrice handle the payment for the item?
No. MyBestPrice helps you agree on a price and then connects you. The sale itself (inspection, payment and handover) happens directly between you and the other person. MyBestPrice isn't a party to the sale.
When are contact details shared?
Only after both buyer and seller agree on a price and confirm. Until then, neither side can see the other's phone number.
What are offer tokens?
Buyers use a small number of tokens to make an offer, so sellers know offers are serious. Asking questions is free. During the beta, every buyer gets free tokens.
Why do sellers join by invitation?
We're onboarding a limited group of Founding Sellers personally, to make sure listings are genuine and good quality. Register and we'll contact you.
